Job Description
This position requires an individual that has:
-The ability to multi-task
-Good organizational skills
-Attention to detail
-Prior teller/operations experience with a bank or credit union.
The ideal candidate is one that possesses good people skills, can prioritize tasks and exhibit an upbeat, professional demeanor with members and credit union staff while working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
This individual will perform operations tasks to include but not limited to:
Member Service
-Serve our members both in person and over the phone by making deposits, withdrawals, transfers, wires, loan payments, cash checks, printing Debit/ATM cards etc.
New Accounts
-Opening new member accounts, term share certificates, IRA’s.
Back Office
-Debit card Disputes, File Maintenance, RMD’s, Mailing notices, Compliance duties, Audits, Exception item processing, ChexSystems reporting and other duties as assigned.
